Tae Kwon Do Tigers & Youth (ages 3 - 6)

The curriculum consists of age appropriate activities for the 3- 6 year old. The tigers are taught in a non-competitive, structured, & caring environment. During this class coordination, social skills, focus, and self-discipline are emphasized. This is a fun and rewarding introduction to martial arts and is designed to prepare students for promotion to their next level

After School Program (ages 4-12)

Preparing future leaders for unlimited success Our curriculum teaches leadership skills and cooperation, character development, & practical life skills. Your child will experience improved discipline, increased respect, improved grades, and martial arts daily, along with fun and structured activities. This program is designed for boys and girls in elementary school ages 4-12. Transportation provided, for most, from school to the martial arts after school program.

Traditional (7 - 12 youth, 13 - adult)

The curriculum focuses on ages 7-12 as they interact durring class, and their team building skills develop. Their listening & learning skills develop giving them the ability to focus on school, homework, & responsibilities. The youth are introduced to character development, leadership skills, self-discipline, accountability, and communication skills, and life skills.

Recovery Class

Adults who face health challenges that may hinder their participation in a traditional fitness class. This slow paced class introduces the basic principles of fitness, wellness, and nutrition.

All day camps

Winter, one-day, and summer camps. TKD camps will keep every child (ages 4 - 13) energetic, challenged, excited, and inquiring as they increase their knowledge of the world. In the summer camps our activities include field trips, arts and crafts, music, dance, book club, activities, and outside adventures.

Gospel Fitness

This class offers one of the best workouts for releasing stress, tension, and frustration. It is safe, fun, and uses proven martial arts techniques. Gospel fitness uses inspirational gospel music which energizes, revitalizes, and uplifts individuals. Our instructors/trainers are experienced, caring, and will instruct you on how to perform the techniques properly. Since 1998, before that (whip-butt total fitness class) 1992-1997.

Private lessons

Early morning classes are offered during the workweek, with private lessons for working people and busy executives. One private lesson is equivalent to 3 group lessons in terms of knowledge, growth, and physical conditioning. This is a great opportunity for police officers, fire fighters, military and training academies to maintain peak conditioning.

Group Classes

Created for groups of 10 or more who want to build confidence, team building, or jump start physical fitness through martial arts, fitness classes, or personal safety seminars. Wedding parties, office weight loss clubs, church groups, professional teams, athletes or former athletes, book club members, seniors clubs, or high school teams would benefit and increase camaraderie.
